WEBSITE REDESIGN SERVICE
Website Redesign Services for Small Business
Your current website already has something worth keeping: pages Google knows, customers who bookmarked it, links from other sites. I redesign it so that history carries over, and the things holding it back (speed, mobile layout, no clear next step) get fixed. Fixed price: from $349.

Website redesign services rebuild your small business site’s design, structure, and content so it loads faster, works on phones, and brings in more enquiries. Redesigns with Zain Ali start from $349 at a fixed price, take about 10 to 22 days depending on size, and include 301 redirects so you keep the rankings you already have.
Where Website Redesigns Usually Go Wrong
Most redesigns that disappoint fail in one of three ways. The first is a new look on the old structure: the site is prettier, but visitors still cannot tell what to do next. The second is changing page addresses without redirects, which quietly wipes out the traffic the old site had earned. The third is launching with no way to measure results, so nobody knows whether the new site is any better.
Everything on this page is built to avoid those three: a clear structure, a redirect map, and Analytics and Search Console connected before launch.
When you should not redesign
If your site gets steady enquiries and only looks a little dated, a refresh (new colours, fonts, photos, a few pages tidied) is cheaper and safer. I will tell you that on the first call instead of selling you a rebuild. A full redesign makes sense when the site is slow, hard to use on a phone, hard for you to edit, or simply not producing enquiries.
Signs it is time
- Pages take more than 3 seconds to load on a phone.
- Buttons and text are hard to tap or read on mobile.
- People visit, but nobody calls or fills in the form.
- You hesitate to send the link to a new customer.
- Changing a phone number or a price means calling your developer.
- Your business name shows up on Google, but your services never do.
What a redesign includes
Audit
I go through your current pages and, if you can share them, Search Console data and contact form enquiries. The result is a short list: what to keep, what to merge, what to delete.
WordPress website redesign
The new site is built on WordPress and Elementor, so you can edit text and images without code. Moving from Wix, Squarespace or an old theme? I rebuild the layout and move the content across.
Content migration
I move over what works and tidy headings, page titles and meta descriptions. I do not rewrite your whole brand voice unless that is in the scope we agree.
Speed and mobile
Images are compressed and sized properly, caching is set up and the code is kept light. The target is pages loading in under 2 seconds on a normal connection.
SEO setup
Rank Math with titles, meta descriptions, schema and an XML sitemap, plus GA4 and Search Console connected so you can measure what changes.
Launch and handover
Final checks on forms, links and mobile, then a walkthrough video showing how to edit your pages. Support after launch is 30 days, or 60 on store builds.
How it works, step by step
Discovery call
We: We spend about 30 minutes on what the site is for, who it is for and what annoys you about the current one.
You: Share your site link and two or three sites you like.
Fixed-price scope
We: Within 24 hours I send a written scope: pages, features, price and timeline.
You: Approve it, or tell me what to change.
Build on staging
We: I build the new design privately, so your live site keeps working.
You: Review the staging link and send feedback as one list.
Revisions and SEO setup
We: Two revision rounds, then redirects, sitemap, and Analytics.
You: Confirm the final content.
Launch and handover
We: I connect the domain, test forms, mobile and speed, and record the walkthrough.
You: Log in and try editing a page yourself.
What I need from you
- Hosting and domain logins, or the person who has them
- Logo, brand colours and any photos you want to keep
- Search Console and Analytics access, if you have them
- One person who can answer questions within 2 working days
Slow feedback is the most common reason a redesign takes longer than planned.
How I protect your Google rankings
1. List every URL
I list every page on your current site and note which ones get traffic or have links.
2. Keep what ranks
Pages that already rank keep their address where possible.
3. Redirect what changes
When an address has to change, I add a 301 redirect from the old URL to the closest new page, for example /our-services to /services/.
4. Watch after launch
We: I resubmit the sitemap and check Search Console for errors and drops over the following weeks. Small movements are normal while Google re-crawls.
You: Tell me if a page you rely on stops getting enquiries.
Website redesign cost
The price depends on four things: how many pages you have, whether you sell online, how much content has to be moved, and whether you need custom features. Prices are fixed and agreed before work starts.
Agency redesigns often start in the thousands. I can keep my prices lower because I work alone and keep the scope tight: you get the core work (design, speed, SEO setup, handover) without extras such as ongoing strategy meetings or in-house copywriting.

A recent redesign: Tiff & Rose Naturals
Tiff & Rose Naturals is a US handmade beauty brand that was selling from a Wix site. I rebuilt the store on WooCommerce with a new visual identity, moved the product catalogue across and set up Stripe payments. The project took 10 days, covered 8 pages and came with 60 days of support.

Website redesign FAQ
Straight answers to what owners ask before a redesign.
I map every old URL to its new page with 301 redirects, keep addresses that already rank where possible, and monitor Search Console after launch. Some short-term movement is normal while Google re-crawls the site.
Most small business redesigns take around 10 days. Larger catalogues take up to about 22 days, based on recent projects.
Business sites start from $349 for up to 8 pages at a fixed price. Online stores start from $499. You get the full quote within 24 hours.
Yes. I rebuild it on WordPress and migrate your content. A recent example moved a store from Wix to WooCommerce.
Yes. The site and domain are handed over to you at launch.
You work directly with the developer who builds your site, at a fixed price with no agency overhead. The trade-off is that a one-person studio takes a limited number of projects at a time, so I agree the timeline with you before work starts.
